We strongly recommend choosing a grout sealer to provide stain and soil resistance, to make daily cleaning of the tile easier and to ensure your newly cleaned grout stays looking great longer. Due to the varying sizes of areas that are tiled, Maximum Carpet & Restoration charges by the square foot – $0.60 per square foot for tile/grout cleaning ($60.00 minimum) and $0.50 per square foot for tile/grout sealing. Sealing requires Maximum Carpet & Restoration first clean the floor.

Maximum Carpet & Restoration can also strip & wax commercial VCT flooring.
